Minivan car seat positions for infant & toddler?

Installing second car seat soon... We park in the street and I'm trying to decide whose seat should go on the street side and what is the best order of loading them into the car by myself. My older DD can't climb into her own seat yet. I'll appreciate any tips. Thanks!

When I worked as a nanny, I put the infant seat on the street side. I would put that in first and then put the older kid in.

I'd put the infant seat on the street side, since that will just be popping the seat in and out. I'd probably put the toddler in first, with the infant seat on the sidewalk (assuming not snowing/raining) and then walk around to the other side to pop in the baby. If raining, I'd pop the toddler in the car real quick, go over and pop the baby in, then go back to buckle the toddler.
