Boston - Boston Aquarium, Children's Museum, Science Museum, Quincy Market Philadelphia - Please Touch Museum, Franklin Institute Great Wolf Lodge Baltimore - Baltimore Aquarium, Port Discovery Washington DC - National Harbor, Museum of Natural History, Air Space Museum, all the monuments, Children's Museum, Building Museum
We recently moved to the DC area and I think it is a great place to go with young children. The museums are a lot of fun and they are all free. The monuments make excellent photograph backdrops.

How about the new Lego Discovery Center in Westchester? It opens in March and looks like fun!
