DS is 13.5 months and on milk. He gets milk morning, afternoon, and at night. Just curious when others give them this? Right now I give DS a cup of milk when he wakes up, but then he barely will eat breakfast. I was thinking of water when he wakes (if he'll do that) and milk with breakfast. But I know he needs the milk too.

At night- this is part of the bedtime routine and is still in a bottle. I rock him while he drinks. Just curious how you started to get them to have milk before bed?
