Although the daughter-to-be will be the first child for both Kunis, 30, and Kutcher, 36, the Two and Half Men hunk "got plenty of practice with Demi's girls," one pal notes. Indeed, for six years, Kutcher was famously stepdad to Rumer, 25, Scout, 22, and Tallulah, 20, ex-wife Demi Moore's kids with Bruce Willis.

This means nothing at all about having a girl or boy
It's an old wive's tale, so obviously it doesn't always mean a person is having a girl. But that was definitely the first thing I thought when I saw her.

Me too. The face doesn't always change when the baby is a girl. Sometimes the face stays the same and it could be either one.
I have noticed if the face does change it is usually a girl not a boy.
