I have been feeling crummy these past few mornings. This morning i woke with a migraine. I couldnt hardly open my eyes. I had to get back in bed in the most awkward posituon just to get a lil relief. Dh says its the weather cause hes getting them too but i want to know if you all are getting this and maybe its normal at this stage. Im going on 27 weeks.

Re: migraines

I am right there with you! My head has been pounding every morning. I have been getting migraines all my life so when the doctor said I could take tylenol, I laughed. I didn't take anything while pregnant with my first child. This time my head was pounding and I was getting sick so I decided to take the Tylenol. I took 3 regular because you can take up to 700mg every 4 hours. Suprisingly it helped! Last pregnancy I would use a heating pad or ice on my head. Or you can boiling water, put it in the sink, put a towel over your head and breath in the steam. Mine usually start as a sinus headache then turn into a migraine.

Re: migraines

I get them all the time, pregnant or not! It just kills that when I am pregnant I can only take Tylenol. That doesn't really help, so I always drink a can of Coke for the caffeine and use a cold compress and a dark room to lay down until it subsides.
