How long do you take the prenatal vitamins? is it the whole pregnancy?

yeah, ideally we should be taking them through out your child bearing years. I dont plan to stop taking them.

actually if you plan on breastfeeding, you should keep taking them after birth.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid people! lol...TOTALLY Kidding, that's just what DH says to me all the time. I took mine throughout the whole pregnancy and for a few months afterwards. Plan on doing the same thing this time around

I'm still taking mine, and my baby is 6 months old. I still BF and will take the prenatals until I wean.
