microfiber
How durable and stain resistant is microfiber? Would it be a good material for an oversized ottoman/coffee table?

Re: microfiber
I would think so. I have a microfiber couch with 3 dogs and a husband and it holds up just fine. I rag on them but I actually dropped a piece of fried something the other night and I swore the oil was going to satin the material. I ran to the sink. Soap and water, rubbed it in. It was gone. I use a leater ottoman and a tray so that is always an option, just put a tray on top.

Re: microfiber
I already have a tray on my current coffee table which I plan on using for more than just decoration if I go with the ottoman I have my eye on. Thanks for the feedback!

Re: microfiber
amazing. love it.
Our cat can't break through the cloth with his nails - it has survived many spills, cat puke, and other potential stains.
Cleans up easy.

I love mine. Kids, grandkids, husband, two cats and it still looks great after 5 years.
