I dont want to go to HR and stir up trouble when for now I may just need to suck it up b/c I need this job..
I am praying my promotion goes through b/c then this will be a moot point so I am giving it till October..
If the situation does not change then I am going to get a 2nd job and tell my office (after consulting HR) that my contract only obligates me to work 830-430 and I will no longer b able to assist after working hrs..
I will hafta see how they deal with that b/c then they really wont have any choice..
