I thought they were black and it was just the way the light is hitting the material.

ITA!! Looks like she is trying to grow out her hair. I mean I liked the pixie look, but I woudl definitely love to see her get some length back.

I read that she is. She said she was afraid to because of the growing out period, but it sees like a good stylist can handle that!
