Michael C. Hall: 'Dexter' Season 8 Will Be Its Last
It’s official: The upcoming eighth season of Dexter will be the final season in the series.
During a conference call, CBS Corp. president and CEO Les Moonves referred to the new season of the series as its “last,” according to Entertainment Weekly.
While many fans have been pleading for the show to end after some say its run its course, the ratings continue to break records for Showtime.

I am a huge Dexter fan but I agree with them that it's run its course. This last season bored me

This hurts my heart.
I think it's still a good show. I'm curious as to how they're going to end it.

I agree. It's time to end. I'm a bit done with the "dark passenger" and the addition of that blonde killer really ruined it for me.
