Met side effect?
I took my first metformin pill last night at about 830 - went to bed and was okay and got through the day without a problem. However, this afternoon I had a really bad headache and it's still here. Could this be an effect from the met so long after taking the pill? Or do you think I ate something that triggered that?

I've never gotten headaches from it. Maybe its just stress
