Merry Chirstmas followed by a TMI question: (BC/AF related)
I had AF 2 weeks ago- normal cycle-
Last Sunday (not yesterday- the sunday before that- after AF ended) I started my BC..
I have forgotten to take my pill the past 3 days- and this morning I woke up with AF.. (its more like spotting right now- but I have full blown PMS)
I havent had sex since I got over AF...
Why the heck do I have my pd again after only 1 week?
And now what am I supposed to do about my pill? Ive missed 3 days before- and doubled up for 2 days to catch up- Ive NEVER had this happen...

our bodies can react in all different ways when we're on hormones (bcp). i would just double your pills each day until you're caught up (i would do this even though you're bleeding) and just carry on the month normally with the pills thereafter. but i would use a back up birth control method this month when you have sex.

i think after 2 days of not taking the pill your body reacts. when that happens to me i have had to wait till af showed up full on and then started a new pack. i think the most you can miss is 2 pills.

In a panic I just took a preg. test-
The ones that read preg./ not preg.
It read not preg. but when I took the stick out- I saw the faintest 2nd line
Im totally freaked... Im gonna make myself crazy now...

the digital test ALWAYS show two lines- they mean nothing. I can find you proof if its making you insane. Breathe!!!
