melissa and doug puzzles
I was thinking of getting one for DD for Christmas. She has two that MIL bought her and they are great but when I read comments on Amazon it seems hit or miss as to whether or not you'll get a good one of a cheaply made one. Do you think if I buy directly from Melissa and Doug that it will be one of the "good" ones?

I usually get them from TJ Maxx, Homegoods or Century 21 and haven't had a problem with them.
My mom got one for full price from a specialty toy store and it wasn't great quality so I don't think there is any rhyme or reason.
We have a TON of them so for only one to have an issue, that's pretty good.

Re: melissa and doug puzzles
Definitely check homegoods/marshalls/tj maxx for them! You'll get a better deal.
Or, look out for those 40% or 50% off coupons for michaels or AC Moore. They carry them there as well.
