Meeting friends online
have you made friends online? if you have, are you glad that you met them.
i never thought i would meet such dear friends online. i feel closer to them than some of the friends i know for yrs

I have many close friends I met online... It's just another normal way for people to meet each other (nowadays)

Yep! The people I met online are in fact, some of the most wonderful people I have met in my life.
It's amazing to me....and it just goes to show that knowing someone for the inside first is what counts!

Yes, I have made several friends online. I even have friends from back in the day when I was in jdate's chat room. I am not even sure if they have a chat room anymore. My jdate friends are all married with kids.

Yes. I met great and not so great people. But I am friends with a lot of them. Some are my closest friends actually.

I met my husband online, and met many LIW/LIF ladies too at get-togethers and otherwise.
A few have become closer friends than a lot of friends that I met offline.
Doesn't matter where or how you meet them but what you do with that friendship.

Absolutely, I've made some of my best friends on here.
In an age where people meet, fall in love and get married through the internet, it's not so strange to make friendships the same way, ya know?

yes, 2 of my closest girlfriends i met online. 1 from my old job when she responded to our website and one from here actually! we've all become such great friends and thank the internet for sending them to me!

I met my DH online...and I have met some very good friends online. Im a SAHM with a ton of kids to take care of...How else am I going to meet people?
