Medela PISA girls
The prong on my PISA broke into the tubing- so just on a whim, I decided to email Medela customer service and they are actually mailing me a new faceplate for FREE!
Just an fyi in case this happens to anyone else!

They are excellent. I emailed them about a package of membranes that I bought on Amazon that were virtually unusable and they sent me, at no charge, a brand new pack!

They do have wonderful customer service. My motor burned out and it was still under warranty and they sent me a new one ASAP. I think I had it within two days.
