meatloaf recipe please
I have 1.5 lbs chopped meAt...ingredients I have in house is eggs, spices, dried herbs, ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, spaghetti sauce. Onion dip packs, vetable dip pack...anyone knw what I can do with this for a meatloaf??

this is how I make it, I also add some parmesan cheese, mustard and bbq sauce:
Meatloaf Ingredients -1 envelope Onion Soup Mix -2 lbs ground beef -3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs -2 eggs -3/4 cup water -1/3 cup ketchup
Directions: -Preheat oven to 350, in large bowl combine all ingredients -in 13x9 baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf -Bake 1 hr or until done. Let stand 10 minutes For the sauce

You can make the classic lipton onion meatloaf - always a hit in our house.
Add 1 packet onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, big squirt of ketchup, some worcesterchire sauce and mix it all together. You can top it with a mix of ketchup and balsamic for a nice glaze too

Dh hated meatloaf till he tried this:
Not sure on measurements..
dice carrots & celery and onion and fry in pan for 5 min
add 1 cup ketchup and continue frying for 5 min
Add mixture to bowl and combine with chop meat, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Form into a loaf
mix brown sugar and ketchup together and spread all over loaf.
Bake at 350 for about an hour.

DH found one on the kraft site i believe. he makes it with stove top stuffing and its sooo good! hmm but you didnt list that in your ingredients so i guess that doesnt help you lol lol oops
