Measuring Window Panels
I want to hang panels in my dining area. Currently I have 84" panels with tie backs and they look ok (not crazy about the material) I found a nice pair of grommets that are 84"L that I want to buy and use w/o the tie backs. My ? is should they hit the floor or is it ok if they dont? I cant find them in 95" yet this color and material is just a perfect match. TIA!

Re: Measuring Window Panels
my 84"L just miss the floor. I like it like that though. This way they don't get dusty. How high off the floor are yours?

Re: Measuring Window Panels
IMO its either right above the floor, puddling on the floor or just under the window. Anything in between looks off sometimes

The length from the rod to the floor is 96" so it would be about a foot from the floor but, a few inches past the window sill. I don't want them to hit the floor b/c like you said dust plus I have a Lab that sheds like crazy.
I agree with Heather too. It might just look off esp, if I don't use the tiebacks.
