Anyone have a bad experience with dealing with this company???

I have a $2000 fridge that we bought almost 18 months ago but didnt install until last december...well the freezer works but not the fridge. Of course it's past the 1 year warranty...

Im getting a bit of the run around..just wanted to know what anyone else has done.
