Maybe i'm a moron....powder formula question....
I bought powdered formula to use for overnight feedings as i try to transition Jack to sleep upstairs but i was worried about how to make the bottles...right now he's taking between 4-5oz so if it's 1 scoop for 2oz then is it ok to use a half scoop for the last oz?
Also...just to be sure, i'm not supposed to tap the scoop to level it, just scoop and make it as level as possible without packing right?

Yes, you can use 1/2 a scoop. Just try to make as level as possible by tapping on the side of the container.

so do i always tap the scoop cuz that seems to make it pack down and the instructions said unpacked...i feel so dumb! LOL

I would LIGHTLY sweep my finger across the top to knock off any overage without packing it down.

yes i agree but then i actually was going to make a post; everytime i make the formula, it always makes more when i add the powder. like i put 4 oz water and 2 scoops powder for 4 oz of formula and then when i shake , it turns into 4 1/2 oz. is this normal?

Same here, it doesn't pack it down when you do that, just settles it a bit.

Yup! Part of that is bubbles, and part of that is added volume from the powder. It's totally fine!
