Mattress Pads
OK, am I not getting it? I got flannel matress pads from BRU for the crib - its a flat pad. Are they not like adult bed matrees pads with the elastic that go around the mattress? Did I get the wrong thing?

I think you want a mattress cover. That is what goes over the mattress.

The mattress pads you got are an extra layer of protection between the adult-like pad and the sheet.
