Matthew is ONE MONTH OLD!!
Hi Ladies;
i just wanted to post a little update on my little man; Matty just turned one month on Saturday, and boy what a difference a month makes!
As many of you know Matthew was born at 1 pound 9 ounces. As of his weigh in last night he is officially 2 pounds 8 ounces so he has gained a full pound in his first month!!!! he is getting so big!!!
He is doing very well, he is still getting a little help with his breathing due to aponea but he is starting to have less and less episodes (which is a HUGE step foward). And before we know it (hopefully) he will be breathing totally on his own!!
i am back to work today which is kind of bitter sweet, but i cant wait for him to come home so i can take the rest of my leave with my little man.
Thank you to everyone who showed support and prayers for our little man! We truly believe that is what is helping him through this incredibly difficult time!
