Matteo's been sick...
...this is my first time with a sick baby, he's been throwing up and had diarrhea and a rash on his whole body. It started a few days ago with the bathroom issues, then the throwing up and rash came. I thought he was okay by last night, the doctor switched him to soy formula. But then he threw up again and had diarrhea again today. Sorry for the TMI, just need some advice/encouragement. I don't know what to do for him.

Thanks girls.
The doctor thought maybe it was a little milk allergy and maybe a touch of a bug too. And I guess the stomach bug made his allergy show more, with the rash. She wanted to see how he did on the soy. That's what I got from what she said. He always had blotches here and there on his skin but they thought it was exczema. I was a little confused about why we had to switch his formula but he took it well. He hadn't been eating much. He's eating more now, just formula though. Still not up for anything else really.

I hope he feels better soon. My DS had the same thing about 2 months ago and it lasted a good 5 days.

I hope he feels better soon! I can't even imagine what you're going through and I dread that day Parker gets sick!

A good news update--he ate some oatmeal with applesauce tonight....it almost came back up but false alarm! Pheww. Hope that's it!

don't rush switching back to milk...it took my son almost two weeks to be able to digest milk again. I was using soy for awile.
