Maternity Belt
Do any of you wear a maternity belt? My OB suggested I wear one to help reduce the swelling in my ankles and I'm wondering if it really helps.

I haven't had swelling in my ankles, but I do usually wear one to work and it helps. My back doesn't really hurt that much at the end of the day anymore.
