Matcha
Has anyone tried Matcha Green tea? I was wondering how it tastes? anything like regular green tea??

I have Matcha in the house because I have made green tea ice cream with it (yummy) but its not like regular green tea, it’s a powder and you have to whisk it in the water ala the traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony, IMO its much more bitter than regular green tea. Stick with the leaves imo! You can however do lots of baking with Matcha, I read some Japanese food blogs and they do lots of Matcha sweets.
