Massages?
Help me out-I am a spa virgin here My friend is taking all of us girls to a spa for her birthday. I will be 12 weeks at the time. Is it safe to get a maternity massage at 12 weeks, or should I skip the massage and get a facial instead?

usually they say 12 weeks is the starting point to get a prenatal. enjoy!!

Yup 12 weeks is perfect!! That is when I started! Just make sure its only a pre-natal and nothing else! Enjoy....they are heavenly!

Just make sure the massage therapist has experience with pre natal massages and knows where NOT to massage you.
