'i joined massapequa last winter, but during the summer, I had a big issue with them and got into it with the manager, who was a real jerk. I ended up leaving in tears and refused to go back, even though i was paying monthly for services i never got. I just refused to go back.
I ended up moving and going to a different massage envy and my experience is so much better. fm me if you want more info.
