Hi guys -
when u get a massage are u completely naked or wear undies/bra etc? just wondering what the norm is. I am getting my 1st today (in hopes it'll help me relax while TTC) Thanks

I only had one in my life, and the massage therapist left it up to me. I went nude. I was totally comfortable and the massage therapist was very professional.

This is my response as a massage therapist.
"Usually" you keep your undies (but you can take them off). I tell me clients to keep them. Women remove their bra so it does not interfere when you massage the back.
In all cases, you have the final say on what you want to wear.
You will be covered at all time. It is illegal in the State of NY to not cover a client.

Bra off, but my MT says you can leave the undies on or take them off, whatever I feel comfortable with. I always leave the undies on.
Only my DH needs to massage me that high!
