Mary Poppins on Broadway - Theatre Question....
this play is showing at the new amsterdam theatre - has anyone seen the show there ? How would balcony tickets be for a 5 year old?
The other tickets are just soo expensive , but if she can't see from sitting in her seat on the balcony - what good is it at all :(

I saw the show there and you are totally fine with like front mezzanine tickets
also if you are a AAA member- you save 20% on the show!

I love that show!! Have you tried Broadway Box? If you go to the box office they sometimes have better seats then you can get online. Just print the coupon and go.

I think it's fine.
Because you mentioned 5 yo & I took my 6 yo, just be aware that there is one scene that is different than the movie & is a little scary.

If you can wait until next Wed I can tell you I'm taking my DD to the Matinee. My father got us the tickets for her birthday. He went to the box office to get them. They recommended the seats we got. I have to check but they are 1st row mezz.
Apparently that is where she flies out to. This is also where friends recommended we sit.
FM me and I will let you know.

if you have air miles, see if Broadway its are an option for redemption. I got second row earlier this year through Delta

went w/ my DD also 5 and we sat in Balcony- is fine, and Mary Poppins comes all the way up at the end to the balcony- DD loved it :)
