Mix it with whipped heavy cream, sugar & some liquor and then top fruit. There are recipes everywhere.

I found a recipe online and mixed it with some low fat sour cream and pesto sauce
a yummy dip for fresh veggies.
thanks for the suggestions - trying not to eat dessert right now (even if it includes berries)
