Maritime Aquarium CT
Has anyone been there? DH and I are looking to take a day trip somewhere and friends of ours told us that this is a fun trip and there are lots of places to eat in the town near there..

We have been- it's a nice size for smaller kids because it's not too overwhelming. We've never eaten in the area because it's not too far from where we live.
The Stepping Stones Museum is also nearby and supposed to be great- I have never been but more than one person has raved about it.

It's a small aquarium, but it's nice. There is also an IMAX theater there. South Norwalk has a lot of amazing restaurants.
