Ok I now know where to start.
With those hideous shoes. That look like she bought them in KMart and they came tied together and were $9.99
And then on top of that she wears TIGHTS with a PEEP TOE shoe.
Good Lord.

I find that EVERYTHING she wears looks so 90's teeny bopper to me. Nothing ever looks current or age appropriate. I bet everyone around her probably snickers and laughs when she's not looking............she just looks SO ridiculous.
