Marathon training update!!
So Im up to 9 miles!! Ran to Randalls island Sat morning before Ozz fest. Training has been tough with the heat...but if I can run in this I can run in anything.
I am getting much stronger with the 25+ miles running/week, cross training, and weight training....but gained 3lbs. Not happy about that!

Awesome!!! Keep up the good work!
I wouldn't worry about the weight, I am thinking it is muscle from weight training.
I have been weight training and I notice I am more toned, but I haven't lost any weight. I really like the tone feeling.
