manhattan yoga
does anyone take yoga classes in manhattan? i'm looking for a place to start taking classes and i'm hoping someone will have a recommendation. i'm a beginner and i'm thinking either hatha or vinyasa would be best for me. ideally- location would be upper west side, but i'll consider anything! thanks!

I love the Integral Yoga Institute....its on 13th and 7th. I used to go there a lot and would highly recommend them
