Manchego cheese
I bought this for the first time yesterday and am in love! Just wondering if anyone has used it in any recipes? I've just been slicing it and eating it but would like to incorporate it into a meal maybe. TIA!

That's one of Steve's favorite cheeses!
Or you can grate some on top of roasted broccoli.
Or put in panini with fig jam & proscuitto...
