A co-worker was late today and said that he witnessed the jump while waiting for the train.article

There was also a car that "struck the 3rd rail" and burst into flames- in Westbury. How that happens, I have NO idea.
How do you strike the 3rd rail with your car?
Either way, the commute was a HUGE disaster this morning.
