Technically it can be done but it would have to be invitro. They would have to give the males hormones and they would need a c-section. I took the science ethics course over 1 year ago and the site was up. They said the story was in time magazine but I never saw it and I have been getting the magazine since I was 20 (24 now) and I never saw the story or the cover that is posted on the internet. Trust me I am a science teacher I would have cut that out in a minute!

how can he carry the baby if he has no womb? How is this possible please tell me...Dh wants a baby and HE can carry it.

The amniotic sac would be produced normally and it can be embeded in the lower body cavity. Its just the hormones and a fake uterus/placenta that would have to be produced.
ETA: I don't think a male at this point could carry a baby to term, but an embryo doesn't develp a placenta until the third week. Thus it could grow anywhere that the environment is set.
