makeup/eyeliner question
when i line underneath my eyes, within an hour i have a little smear under my eye. how do you guys apply your liner, and do you use anything besides concealer under your eye so this doesn't happen?????? help!!!

makeup/eyeliner question
The only liner that I can use on my lower lid is Clinique brush on cream liner. It stays on perfectly for hours! Every other liner I've tried smears very quickly.

I have lined my underlid for years and the ONLY liner that works for me is Revlon Color Stay. I used Clinique for all other makeup except I have used this liner for over 15 years.

I use Urban Decay 24/7 liners.. My favorite color s Rockstar because it's a dark purple so it looks black but it's not. I'm pretty light, so an actual black would be too harsh for me.
It doesn't last perfectly the entire day, but it DOES have the best staying power of others I've tried.

Yup! It is so easy to use too. The woman who did my wedding makeup used it on me and it stayed on through sweat, tears, and humidity. No smudge!

Love this one and this color too - have it on right now actually!
