magnetic letters
I just found this on a website that someone linked for me. I thought it was a great idea!!!
Here's a fantastic tip from Linds on what to do with all those magnetic toys you don't want scratching up your refrigerator! Purchase a cookie sheet and a pizza pan from the dollar store, as well as some magnetic clips. Hot glue picture hangers to the back and hang them up on the playroom wall. Ta-da! Image Attachment(s):

We have two sets of capital letters, and one set of lower-case letters. We would need a dozen cookie sheets to hold them all!

In school, we use small plastic fishing tackle boxes for the magnetic letters - there are divided into 24 slots.
