That's the worst I've ever seen Madonna look. If she is sick, then no wonder Lourdes looks strange - she's worried about her mother (and not about waxing).

I don't know if she is sick, but I do know she is no spring chicken. It seems like she's trying her best to keep thin and buff, but she just looks gaunt and pale. She looks awful and her daughter really should start to wax that unibrow I think.
I can't stand Madonna anyway, she seems so full of herself.

Not for nothing, but I think this is just what women her age look like without their make up on, right?
And her kid is SO young still, she'll be waxing and plucking for the rest of her life. Let her be a kid and not worry about it! Sheesh! I had horrible eyebrows at her age, too. Maybe her mother is trying to instill a sense of self-love instead of self-loathe like so many young girls have. Maybe. It's a stretch, I know

I definitely don't think she is sick, she is emerging from the gym from what was probably a 4 hour workout! Lourdes is only about 11 or 12--my Mom would have NEVER let me wax at that age--or maybe she likes her unibrow--she seems like a unique type. She'll probably get it lasered when she is older.
