they were so easy and came out pretty good! DH really liked them.

Slice one large green pepper and one medium onion. Cook in one Tbs olive oil for about 7 minutes. Add in the sliced steak (sprinkled with salt and pepper) and cook for about 3 minutes, then add in worcesthire sauce and cook another minute. Place one slice of provolone cheese in each of the 8 hot dog buns, then a bit of the beef mixture into each bun. Place buns on baking sheet and broil about one minute.
