Made a mistake today... forgot I was pregnant I guess
I took DS on a long walk (~3 miles) in his push buggy car. Halfway through I started getting bad cramps in my stomach. It was a rough walk home. I really thought about just sitting down and calling somebody to pick us up. Four months ago I was running up to 6 miles and now I can't even walk 3. I am laying on the recliner now and feel better... but its sad that I can't take my son for long walks anymore. He loves it.

I am right there with you sister. I am struggling through daily walks with my dog. I have had to wait for DH to come home from work the last few days to go with me, b/c it was just too much.

be careful! especially since you are carrying twins!!!!!! 
i know how annoying it is to not be able to do things - especially with DS. i am going on week 8 of bed rest and still have like 3 months to go  i miss WALKING....anywhere....
