Maclaren stroller or Chicco
I need a new umbrella stroller and I am deciding between these 2. They seem the same except for the price. Anyone have these?
DS will be 22 months and doesnt need the 5 point harness. I am looking for leightweight and easy to fold up and unfold. A cup holder (preferred) and a storage area for my purse or small things.
Maclaren Volo Stroller
or
Chicco Capri Stroller

Check out the Chicco Liteway stroller, we liked it better than the capri-and it is new.

How tall are you? That Chicco stroller is really short...my SIL has it and gave it away because it was so low and hard to push. I would go with the Maclaren or Inglesina Swift

Re: Maclaren stroller or Chicco
I have the Maclaren Triumph and while it is very light weight, it doesn't recline and I think the Chicco does. I wish I had actually done a bit more research before purchasing the MAclaren.

I have the Volo and love it. Only downside is no cupholder- just bought one and attached it.
The stroller is very lightweight, easy to carry and fold- and DS loves it. We got it when he was 14 months old. The sunshade is really good too.

Re: Maclaren stroller or Chicco
We decided on the Maclaren Volo mainly because of the weight limit being 55 lbs and the Chicco was only good up to 37 lbs. Once I was there, I was deciding between the Triumph and the Volo because of the reclining feature but DS can sleep anywhere so I went with the cheaper one.
Thanks all for your input!

Most Chicco strollers go to 40Lbs max. I could not consider them for DS.

I have a Maclaren, but I'm not even sure which one. It does recline so DS can sleep, and I absolutely LOVE it! Best purchase for us, by far!

Re: Maclaren stroller or Chicco
I bought a Maclaren Quest Sport. It reclines... has no cupholder, but I am going to buy one that attaches.
DS loves it, and I love that it is SO light and easy to maneuver / fold!
