really?! I bought a new one in april and it hasn't frozen ONCE!
if it's a laptop,
Try resetting your p-ram ...
turn computer off
disconnect power cord
press apple + option + p + r (at the same time)... hold
turn computer on (while still holding those keys down)
continue to hold keys down until you hear 3 start-up chimes...then release.
This always worked on my OLD iBook...i had a G3 for 7 yrs

are you using safari?
Safari stinks- it has a lot of coding errors- download firefox- maybe that will help.

Ok this is strange.
My mac has NEVER frozen.
Also, I always get people on the phone who speak English and have no accent. Do you have apply care? I always forget the applecare 3 and call 1800MYAPPLE and then they direct me to the right place.
Is it a certain website or java app that's freezing it? Are you sure it's the computer freezing and not something to do with your connection?

I still would try using firefox instead of safari.. and see if the problem persists...
i have an iMac here at work- (i use a powerbook at home)- i'm notorious at being able to freeze/crash anything- b/c I keep a bazillion applications open.. that could be it too.

i think that may be my problem .. i always have so many apps open and am really quick on clicking
