mac refund/exchange?
Does the MAC counter allow refund/exchange if you used the product?

Yup. I HATED dealing with the MAC in the Bloomies/Lex location though. They antagonized me for returning a few (unused) items.

I don't know?! She just couldn't understand why I was returning them! I went in and had them do my make-up and bought over 200 bucks worth of stuff and wanted to return a few of the things because quite frankly, I was disappointed in how the make-up didn't hold up as good as I thought it should have. (I had NO make-up left on 2 hours into the night). So I kept the difference glosses and I bought 2 extra sets of lashes and returned the eye shadows she used, the liquid liner, eyelid primer and some other stuff that I cannot remember.
I returned them that following Monday too (2 days after), so I don't understand why she was being like that. Only thing I could think of was that being that they work on commission, she was pi$$ed that I was returning that stuff.
