M/S - did you have warning?
I have a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaddddd feelign it's coming... Did anyone else have 'advance notice' or did it just SPRING up on you??
This morning when I woke up for good (i haven't been sleeping well at ALL) - i swallowed what had to be some stomach bile and i've felt 'really off' for the rest of the morning. I'm no longer ravenously hungry and just thinking of drinking water makes me tired...(not joking)...
here comes the standard newly pregnant question...Is this normal??

Re: M/S - did you have warning?
Nope... hit me like a ton of bricks. I thought I was "home free" since by the end of my 8th week, I had no naseua, however I woke up the morning of my 9th week with bad naseua that lasted until the end of my 13th week. In that time, I only threw up once. I was just naseaus 24/7 though.

Re: M/S - did you have warning?
I wake up every morning hoping that today isn't the day it hits me. I've had a bit of nausea, some days worse than others but nothing too bad, and I haven't actually gotten sick yet. I feel like it's only a matter of time though...

No warning. I felt like I had the worst hangover all day long for about 4 months. I am just beginning to feel a little better. I still feel sick but just not 24-7 like before.

Re: M/S - did you have warning?
It'sfairly miserable, I will not lie to you. My first morning experience definitely set the precedent for the next 4 weeks - thankfully that's how long it lasted for me. Ginger ale helped me a lot, it was my savior. And just eat whatever will stay in your stomach, no matter what it is. Forget being healthy until you feel better

Re: M/S - did you have warning?
Ginger ale was my savior as well as frozen yogurt or yogurt shakes.. only things I could actually stomach... I didnt get sick as much as others, but just the thought of eating real food made me want to vomit!
