LV Neverfull lining is peeling

Anyone have this happen? The plastic lining on the inside of the small pocket is flaking off. The bag isn't even 2 years old. I took it in and they want $200 to fix it. I feel like it's a flaw and they should fix it for free.

I had a hard time convincing DH to get me this bag, and I don't think he is going to let me buy another one of their products if this is how they don't hold up.

My never full is fine as is my other (forget the name)

How old is the bag? How often is it used? Assuming it is fairly new I agree you shouldn't have to pay, if it is a couple yrs old and used daily then I could see this sort of wear and tear, annoying!

eta: I have a cple LV's and this hasn't happened...my never full I have had a couple yrs and lately use it a lot w my son and still is in great condition

Mine peeled too...had it for years, but I do remember it peeled pretty quickly, and I was annoyed. I ddin't think to bring it back. Oh well.

How is it stored when not in use? I know the inside pockets can peel or get sticky if stored in a humid place.

I've used this bag almost daily since I got it. It will be 2 years old in Sept. I just think for the price of the bag it shouldn't be falling apart after less than 2 years, even if I use it everyday.
