Don't know anyone personally but I would suggest calling the bar association in the county in which the property is located and asking for a referral. If money is an issue and if the tenant meets certain monetary thresholds, law services (i.e. like Nassau/Suffolk Law Services) on the island, have attorneys who exclusively handle these types of matters.
