Lupron trigger
Has anyone used the lupron trigger before an IVF retrieval?
Thoughts, opinions?
My Dr. Recommended it because I am developing OHSS.

Lupron trigger
i did. its common if you have PCOS or a large number of follies. theres no difference really to HCG as far as how you will feel. the only thing to mention is that you def will need PIO and probably some form of estrogen afterwards since lupron trigger kills the corpus luteum that secrete these hormones on their own - so they will need to be replaced via meds. good luck. i still got mild OHSS even with the lupron trigger.

Yes as pp said very common with a large # of follies and it prevented ohss for me
