Lunch Ideas for Work
I generally work from home but can go into the city anywhere from 1-3x a week for work. I have access to a frig but no microwave. I'm looking for some healthy, easy ideas to bring with me for lunch that don't require heating up. I find myself spending a lot of $$ and not choosing the healthiest options for lunch.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Salads- grilled chicken salad
Wraps are good too. Turkey, cheese, salsa and lettuce

pasta or quinoa salad
