"lunch" for a 6 month old

I have been doing 2 meals/day for about a month and I think DD is ready for a 3rd. Right now, I am doing 4 tablespoons of cereal and a stage 1 fruit in the a.m. and a stage 1 veggie and stage 1 fruit in the evening. What should I do for "lunch"? Share your DC's 3 meals at this age...
TIA!!!

Re: "lunch" for a 6 month old

I was giving DD Stage 2 at 6 months. So I would give her a jar of fruit and some cereal with 1 oz formula for breakfast. A veggie and some cereal for lunch and dinner.

So I just do 1 fruit. And sometimes if I thought she was hungry in between a jar of veggies. But now I do Yo Baby for that. She started Yo Baby at 8 months though.

If I were you I would add a veggie.

Maybe I will just start off with a stage 2 veggie. I was thinking of cereal too but I'm just worried about her getting too full and not drinking enough milk. i already have to really space out her first 2 bottles because the cereal and fruit seem to fill her up.

when is it ok to do yo baby?

We do 3 tbsp cereal and 1/2 container stage 2 fruit for breakfast, 1/2 stage 2 fruit and 1/2 a stage 2 veggie for lunch, and 1 container meat and 3 tbsp cereal for dinner.

We tried yo baby but she didn't have a good reactioin to it so we stopped for a while.
